Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and
add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished
your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that
we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit and debit cards
(Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Maestro, etc), and all online payments are processed
through Netbanx - a secure online system. This is a very secure method of payment
using encrypted software, so you can be confident that your card details are securely
held. You may also order by phone or post if you prefer. All purchases are made
in acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Credit Card Security
Your Credit / Debit Card details are never retained by Just Skincare.
Once you are happy to place your order and proceed to Checkout,
you will be passed to our card authentication service provider, Netbanx. You will
receive an email from Netbanx confirming your payment. We accept Mastercard, Visa,
Maestro, Visa Debit, Solo and JCB cards.
Shipping
Postage and Packing is FREE on all items for delivery within the UK mainland..
For International orders please contact us for a shipping quotation. We do not accept orders from Italy
as the AirSure guarantee that we use for foreign orders does not apply to this country.
Items are shipped (subject to availability) normally the same day if ordered before
2.00pm. However, please allow 24/48 hours for dispatch. If you are usually not at home during the day,
we would recommend that you have your items delivered to a work address to avoid delays/loss. Items
ordered over a weekend/bank holiday will be sent on the next available working day, unless the order
is placed during a closed period, in which case it will be clearly marked on the site.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays, such as postal strikes or loss which
are wholly outside our control.
Please allow 14 days from the time of your order for delivery within the UK (although
by using first class / courier services we anticipate deliveries within the UK in 3-7 days of your order.)
Refunds/Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by emailing info@justskincare.co.uk
and we will re-credit your card within 30 days of your order. Should the items be already dispatched,
please email us of your dissatisfaction as soon as possible and at most within 7 days of your order.
Please return the item within 7 days for a full refund of the cost of the item. Any
refund will be made within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods and will be refunded to the
card in question. If an order was shipped using a free or reduced cost delivery offer, the net cost
to us of the delivery will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Due to the nature of the goods, all items MUST be returned unused, in the condition
to which they were received and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for postage
for any returned items. We strongly recommend that the customer obtain proof of postage for any returned
item.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option
to cancel or amend your order if you would rather not wait.
